RETURN POLICY

Perfume as a category is non-refundable.


RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR A WRONG PRODUCT.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To start a return, you can contact us at shop@vanesa.co.in or WhatsApp us on 9671500555. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNUSED and UNOPENED with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Not liking the fragrance will not be considered as a reason for return or exchange.

Unboxing video

We would need an unboxing video (video recorded from phone while opening the package) to make you eligible to claim in case of DAMAGED or MISSING ITEM.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please Note:  An amount of rupees 450/- will be deducted from the refund towards the refund charges (delivery and return courier charges).
